A New Girard-Perregaux WW.TC Chronograph with panda-dial
By now I think it’s reasonable for say that the Girard-Perregaux WW.TC Chronograph has become one of the extraordinary works of art in the watch business. In the year 2000 they delivered the principal World Wide Time Control and since the time its plan and usefulness have become a conspicuous embellishment of (primarily men’s) wrists.
Today Girard-Perregaux discharge another adaptation of the WW.TC Chronograph highlighting a silver-finish dial with differentiating dark sub dials and red for the key components. The new and stunning ‘panda-dial’ WW.TC shows similarity with the WW.TC Financial, yet at this point with more differentiation on the dial.
The WW.TC Chronograph combines the chronograph capacity of the in-house type GP033C with a worldtimer complication. This is BY FAR the most helpful complication I’ve come across. Why? Indeed, as a blogger (and I’m sure numerous money managers of other individuals with contacts around the planet will think the same) I’m in every day contact with individuals from around the world. The worldtimer complication is the ONLY complication that tells the time on the whole pieces of the world at the same time. By looking at the worldtimer, I know the time in someone’s spot and whether it’s day or night. This causes me not to call somebody in their rest 😉
The new WW.TC Chronograph shows the time (hour, minutes, seconds), date, worldtime and chronograph with a 30-minute and a 12-hour counter. The hands and hour lists are upgraded with a brilliant material. While the WW.TC has it’s tasteful board-room stylish, it likewise has a lively look.
The tempered steel case estimates 43 mm in width and is water impervious to 30 meters. Manufacture type GP033C0 estimates 13ligne and has a force save of 46 hours. I’m consistently happy to see the magnificence of a development through the sapphire case back and particularly with Girard-Perregaux, in light of the fact that the completion of the development is staggering. Hand completed in the most perfect practices of watch-making: the plate highlights round graining, the scaffolds and swaying weight are embellished with the Côtes de Genève and the steel screws are blued.
